Plan and develop product ranges in alignment with brand vision and market demand.
Coordinate with designers for new collections, samples, and fabric sourcing.
Ensure all sampling, approvals, and production timelines are met.
Maintain inventory flow and stock availability at retail outlets.
Monitor sales data to identify bestsellers, slow movers, and seasonal trends.
Liaise with production units, suppliers, and vendors for quality and timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain costing sheets, purchase orders, and production reports.
Work closely with visual merchandisers to align store displays with ongoing campaigns.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency across batches.
Support the marketing and sales team in product presentation and launches.
Strong sense of fashion trends, fabrics, and colors.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic ERP tools.
Good understanding of production processes and timelines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast demand.
Problem-solving and vendor management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising / Textile / Apparel Management or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in designer wear or premium retail.
