Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tailor Master to join our Shenoy Nagar studio. This role involves pattern making, stitching, and embroidery, working closely with our design team to create beautifully finished garments that reflect the premium standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise patterns and cut fabric based on custom measurements and designer inputs

• Handle high-quality stitching for ethnic and fusion wear, ensuring excellent fit and finish

• Perform or oversee hand and machine embroidery as per design specifications

• Supervise junior tailors and ensure consistency in garment production

• Check and maintain the quality of stitching, finishing, and embellishment work

• Work collaboratively with designers and provide inputs on garment construction

• Maintain a clean and organized tailoring space

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a master tailor, preferably in high-end ethnic or designer wear

• Expertise in pattern drafting, garment construction, and finishing

• Skilled in embroidery techniques (hand/machine) is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to follow design specifications accurately

• Punctual, professional, and a team player

Work Details:

• Full-time, 6 Days a Week

• Location: Shenoy Nagar, Chennai (on-site role)

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
(Depending on experience, speed & skill)
