Job Title: Fashion Consultant

Reporting to: Store Manager / Fashion Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to deliver exceptional service by providing expert styling advice and driving retail sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of fashion, excellent communication skills, and a flair for selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Fashion Consultation:

• Assist customers with styling advice tailored to their body type, preferences, and the latest fashion trends.

• Educate clients on product lines, including fabric, fit, brand story, and styling combinations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends, new arrivals, and seasonal collections.

• Provide personalized shopping experiences to build long-term customer relationships.

Sales & Customer Service:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.

• Drive sales to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.

• Upsell and cross-sell fashion accessories, footwear, and complementary items.

• Handle billing, exchanges, and returns in compliance with store policies.

• Follow up with clients for feedback, repeat business, and loyalty programs.

Visual Merchandising & Store Upkeep:

• Maintain store presentation, including product displays and mannequins, according to brand guidelines.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishments.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.

• Strong sales and communication skills.

• Customer-oriented attitude with a warm, engaging personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Fashion, Retail, or Marketing).

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail or sales (freshers with strong fashion sense may be considered).

• Proficiency in English and local language(s).
