We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to manage and support our Employee Transportation Application. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day operations through the application, coordinating with employees and drivers, and ensuring smooth usage of the platform.
Manage and monitor the employee transportation application on a daily basis.
Assist employees and drivers in using the application effectively.
Provide first-level support for any issues related to login, tracking, or usage.
Generate and share reports from the application (attendance, vehicle tracking, trip logs, etc.).
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Train employees (if required) on how to use the application and its features.
Liaise with the application service provider/vendor for escalations and advanced support.
Ensure smooth functioning of vehicle monitoring, employee tracking, and overall system usage.
Graduate in any stream (preferred: IT, Operations, or Business Administration).
Basic knowledge of web/mobile applications and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
Good communication skills (both verbal & written).
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle data reports and share insights with management.
Previous experience in transport operations, application support, or coordination will be an added advantage.
