Key Responsibilities
● Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
● Work extensively on Excel/Google Sheets to create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
● Use Pivot Tables, formulas, and advanced functions to process and analyze large data sets.
● Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate data for reporting.
● Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports and data shared with management.
● Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks for improved efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
● Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Power Query, etc.).
● Thorough knowledge of Google Sheets and its functions.
● Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables and data analysis tools.
● Strong mathematical and analytical mindset; a background in Mathematics/Statistics is an added advantage.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Strong communication and reporting skills.
