Key Responsibilities:
• Event Planning: Work with internal and client teams to create production plans, budgets, deadlines, and event themes.
• Logistics Management: Oversee all event logistics, such as catering, transportation, equipment rental, and venue selection.
• Team Leadership: Oversee production personnel and subcontractors, making sure that everyone in the team is on the same page regarding the objectives and schedule of the event.
• Budget Oversight: To guarantee cost-effectiveness, monitor spending, manage production budgets, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Quality Control: Monitor event setup, execution, and breakdown to guarantee high production quality standards.
• Problem Solving: During the planning and execution stages, promptly recognize and address any problems that may come up.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Get input from clients and team members to evaluate the event's success and potential areas for development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in event production or management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
