We are looking for a Event Organizer to join our team at Hotel Richi Regency to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹17000 and exciting field exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing arrival lists, greeting guests, and making them feel welcome.
2. Offering details about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and events.
3. Addressing guest questions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management when necessary.
4. Proactively identifying guest needs and offering assistance with travel arrangements, reservations, or other requests.
5. Establishing positive relationships with guests to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
6. Recording guest interactions, preferences, and feedback in logbooks or CRM systems.
7.Coordinating with Departments, Collaborating with housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
8.Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas and ensuring adherence to service quality.
9. Highlighting hotel amenities, services, and special offers to guests.
10. Ensuring accuracy and proper maintenance of guest records and accounts.
Post-event reporting and feedback collection.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
