Job Title: Cinema Manager
Department: Operations
Location: Gopalan Signature Mall
Manage the overall cinema operations including box office, concessions, projection, and customer service.
Ensure smooth screening operations, timely show schedules, and equipment functioning.
Supervise, train, and motivate cinema staff (cashiers, ushers, concession staff, projectionists, etc.).
Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor ticket sales, food & beverage revenue, and overall financial performance.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all cinema areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing regulations, and safety protocols.
Plan and implement marketing/promotional activities in coordination with the corporate team.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, occupancy, staff performance, and expenses.
Manage inventory and ordering of concessions and other cinema supplies.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in cinema / retail / hospitality / entertainment industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (including weekends & holidays).
Knowledge of cinema operations, ticketing systems, and F&B management preferred.
