We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Manager to manage and streamline communication and scheduling between a singer and key production personnel — especially music directors, show coordinators, and event organizers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in professional communication, artist scheduling, and performance logistics.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between the singer and the music director/show coordinator.
Ensure all show-related details are clearly communicated and confirmed (setlists, soundchecks, rehearsal times, wardrobe, cues, etc.).
Attend meetings and rehearsals to represent the artist when necessary.
Scheduling & Planning:
Organize rehearsal schedules, studio time, performance dates, and technical run-throughs.
Ensure the artist is informed and prepared for all engagements.
Performance Readiness:
Coordinate with music teams on song selections, arrangements, and performance requirements.
Ensure all materials (lyrics, tracks, rehearsal recordings) are shared and updated with relevant parties.
Logistics & On-Ground Support:
Manage day-of-show logistics: arrival times, dressing room setup, stage timing, etc.
Be present on-site during rehearsals and shows to handle last-minute changes or needs.
Professional Representation:
Represent the singer professionally in all interactions with production and creative teams.
Handle all communications with discretion and tact.
Experience working with performing artists, preferably singers or musicians or model
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple schedules and adapt quickly to changes.
Professional demeanor with a strong understanding of the live performance environment.
Familiarity with music/show production processes (e.g., rehearsals, soundchecks, cues).
Tech-friendly (able to manage calendars, share files, coordinate via WhatsApp, email, etc.).
