About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute events that align with our brand vision and business objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and skilled at managing everything from large-scale conferences to intimate brand activations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion.

• Manage event budgets, timelines, and end-to-end logistics.

• Source and negotiate with venues, vendors, and suppliers.

·       Develop event strategies to align with marketing and business goals.

·       Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

·       Oversee event logistics including venue selection, catering, AV, décor, and staffing.

·       Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative) to ensure brand consistency.

·       Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts.

·       Develop promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.

·       Supervise on-site event operations and resolve issues promptly.

·       Track, evaluate, and report on event success and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.

·       2-4 years of proven experience in event planning and management.

·       Project management and organizational skills.

·       Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.

·       Knowledge of event management software/tools is a plus.

·       Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required.
