Role Overview
As an Event Coordinator at CVX Events, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from conception to completion. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and social events.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
Prepare event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Handle logistics such as venue setup, catering, décor, audio-visual arrangements, and manpower.
Oversee event setup, on-site management, and post-event closure.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal obligations.
Manage registrations, guest lists, and hospitality arrangements.
Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis.
