About Us:

We are a reputed playschool format enrichment center in South Delhi focused on nurturing early childhood learning through play, creativity, and care. We’re seeking an organized and energetic individual to coordinate our school calendar, events, and celebrations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage school events including annual days, festivals, and functions.
• Coordinate birthday celebrations , play dates and parties including communication with parents and vendors.
• Maintain and update the dtaff attendance
• Liaise with vendors for decorations, supplies, and event logistics.
• Handle parent communications regarding events and schedules.
• Maintain records of student participation and event outcomes.
• Assist the administration with day-to-day operations when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, administration, or school management preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working with young children and parents.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
