Hiring Event Management Executive (Male) for Photography and Film company mainly working in Destination and Luxury weddings worldwide.Location: South Bopal, Ahmedabad Required:• Management Graduate• 1 year experience preferred in the same area• Good in English and Hindi languages• Good personality and smart• Can travel anywhere in the world Key Responsibilities:• Client Coordination: Assist in communicating with clients before and after events, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth client relations.• Event Management Support: Help in planning, organizing, and coordinating shoots/events to ensure everything runs as scheduled.• Team Assistance: Support the photography and cinematography team with schedules, logistics, and on-ground requirements.• Data & Workflow Management: Learn how to manage booking details, project timelines, file organization, and delivery schedules.• Business Development Exposure: Assist in maintaining vendor relations, exploring collaborations, and contributing ideas for growth.
