We are seeking experienced and dynamic Service & Installation Support Engineers to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of systems and products offered by Smaart Eye Technologies. This role requires strong technical knowledge, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of:

• CCTV & Surveillance Systems

• Solar Systems (basic wiring & inverter integration)

• Biometric & Attendance Systems

• Fire Detection & Door Alarm Systems

• Billing Systems and POS Devices

• LED Monitors, Printers & Plotters

• Hard Disks, NVMe, UPS & Batteries

• Audio/Video Conferencing Equipment

• Networking (Live Wired & Wireless)

• Structured Cabling Projects

• Projectors & Accessories

• Conduct site surveys and prepare reports

• Provide timely maintenance and service support to clients

• Handle customer queries, explain system functionalities, and provide user training when required

• Coordinate with internal teams for procurement and project timelines

• Maintain detailed documentation of installations and service records

• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in system installation and technical support

• Strong knowledge in electronics, networking, and security systems

• Ability to work with tools, wiring, and hardware setup

• Knowledge of structured cabling practices and configurations

• Hands-on experience with fire alarm and access control systems is a plus

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil

• Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach

• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related fields

• Relevant certifications in networking, surveillance, or system integration will be an advantage.
