Role Overview

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installation, calibration, servicing, and troubleshooting of weighing equipment at customer sites. This is a customer-facing, field-based role that requires strong technical aptitude, good communication skills, and a pleasing personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain electronic weighing scales at client sites.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide timely resolution.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.

• Generate service reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Train customers on equipment handling and basic operations.

• Travel within NCR and nearby regions to attend service calls.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education:

  • Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation OR

  • B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation

• Experience: Freshers preferred (0–1 year).

• Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of electronics & circuitry.

  • Basic knowledge of PLC (advantageous but not mandatory).

  • Ability to handle installation, calibration, and service tools.

• Soft Skills:

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

  • Pleasing personality with customer-oriented attitude.

  • Willingness to travel for field assignments.
