Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment across our facility. The role ensures safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure to support day-to-day facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, control systems, panels, and distribution boards.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.

• Install new electrical systems or upgrade existing infrastructure in accordance with standard codes and safety regulations

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and local electrical codes.

• Coordinate with facility maintenance teams to support HVAC, fire alarm, and backup power systems.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.

• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and electrical breakdowns.

• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and testing equipment.

• Provide support during audits, safety inspections, and facility upgrades.

Educational Qualification:

• ITI in Electrician/Electrical or Diploma in electrical from a recognized institution.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the facility management or building maintenance sector.

• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and safety protocols.

• Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Physically fit to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexible to work in shifts or on-call duty as needed.
