Responsibilities:
● To support the operation team & technical supervisor in maintaining Property facility services are healthy. Should be able to monitor and maintain building safety covering fire alarm panel, extinguishers, sprinkler, fire hydrant system, electrical etc. at defined frequency. Daily checking of UPS/batteries, safety equipment and electrical system. Should do refilling of fire extinguishers as per SOPs.
● Checking and upkeeping all MEP services as per Standards. Checking & Maintaining the temp of all areas and equipment as per SOP. Should check and keep all Maintenance tools in good condition.
● Checking and rectifying the leakage & blockage problem of drain lines of the area . Checking of all valves in operational condition.(ensure 100% open). Checking and maintaining/rectifying kitchen equipment in best operational condition.
● Maintain the Maintenance inventory and update on a given frequency. Should check and keep all maintenance tools in good condition.
● Should do preventive maintenance of all electrical systems, safety equipment, HVAC system, kitchen equipment, RO system, furniture and fixture as per PPM chart to ensure breakdown free operations. Visually inspect equipment for unusual conditions, overheating, etc. Clean the switchboard surface to remove debris and dust. Check lighting, sockets, emergency lighting. Vendor identification- To support supervisors in identifying local vendors related to Fire Safety, Electrical, and Civil works.
