🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute building construction, road, and bridge projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with structural and electrical engineers to ensure integrated execution of civil and electrical components.

• Maintain strict quality control on-site and ensure timely completion of work.

• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain project documentation using MS Excel & Word.

• Conduct site inspections, layout marking, shuttering, concreting, reinforcement checking, and finishing works.

• Manage subcontractors and labor workforce on site.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.

• Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and basic billing entries.

• Maintain records of material receipt, utilization, and stock tracking.

• Liaise with consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.

• Support in basic electrical coordination tasks like ducting, foundation for electrical poles, trenching, etc.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred).

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on site experience in building, road, or infrastructure projects.

• Basic understanding of electrical installation coordination (added advantage).

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and able to read AutoCAD drawings.

• Good communication and team coordination skills.

• Knowledge of materials, drawings, and construction practices.
