• Focus AreaM1, M2, M3, HT, HT ASRS, Lab, tech Centre -Spares management and Resolve PLC -Related modifications/breakdown issues of all areas where required, related documents Updation like PM check sheets, history cards, breakdown records, calibration records, kaizen reports etc.

• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower in his work area. Safety - Eliminate unsafe conditions at shop floor to ensure zero accident.

• Quality- Provide new pokayoke/repair existing poka-yoke as per feedback from production/quality departments, review and revise maint check points as and when required Responsible for mechanical routine Maint (CM) , break-down and Preventive Maint. of Forging and Heat Treatment equipment’s.

• Focus area M1, Tool Room, Mechanical Spares management and resolve mechanical maintenance related issues in all areas, related documents Updation like PM check sheets, history cards,why-2 analysis, breakdown records, calibration records, kaizen reports etc. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower in his work area.
