The Car Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers, goods, or company personnel to designated locations. The role requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and adherence to traffic laws and company regulations. Drivers must maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition and provide courteous service at all times.
Safely operate company vehicles and adhere to all traffic and road regulations.
Transport passengers, staff, or materials to assigned destinations in a timely manner.
Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior).
Report any mechanical issues or damage to the supervisor immediately.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, travel logs, and maintenance.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods when necessary.
Follow company policies regarding vehicle use and safety protocols.
Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Proven driving experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Physical ability to lift or move items when required.
