Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and reliable Personal Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for the company’s executive. The driver will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring punctuality, and providing discreet, high-quality service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive the executive to and from office, meetings, appointments, and other destinations as required.

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition — including cleaning, fueling, servicing, and regular maintenance.

• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals while avoiding traffic or delays.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Assist with carrying luggage, packages, or documents when needed.

• Keep accurate records of travel, mileage, and maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.

• Be available for flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.

• Run errands or handle small tasks for the executive when requested.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Proven experience as a personal, company, or executive driver.

• Excellent knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation systems.

• Strong sense of discretion, integrity, and reliability.

• Well-groomed, polite, and professional appearance.

• Punctual and dependable with excellent time management.

• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving luxury or high-end vehicles (e.g., Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, etc.).

• Prior experience working for corporate executives or VIP clients.

• Familiarity with defensive driving techniques.

Working Conditions:

• May require long or irregular hours based on the executive’s schedule.

• Travel outside the city or state may occasionally be required.
