Ensure drivers meet weekly and monthly targets.
Resolve driver grievances and maintain high driver satisfaction levels.
Conduct onboarding, training, and induction programs for new drivers.
Monitor driver performance and provide regular feedback.
Drive initiatives to reduce driver attrition and increase retention.
Support in designing and implementing incentive and payout structures.
Maintain and update MIS reports on driver productivity, attendance, and performance.
