Job Responsibilities:

• Safely transport IT employees to and from office locations, client sites, and designated pick-up/drop points.

• Follow assigned routes and schedules strictly.

• Ensure vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled regularly.

• Adhere to traffic rules and company transport protocols.

• Maintain proper trip logs and reporting documents.

• Cooperate with transport coordinators and HR staff for shift updates and employee requirements.

• Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License – mandatory.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cab driver preferred.

• Familiarity with Chennai city roads and IT corridors (OMR, Guindy, Taramani, etc.).

• Willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

• Basic understanding of Hindi/English/Tamil for communication.

• Good behavior, punctuality, and customer service attitude.
