Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our clients' and in-house social media presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, planning campaigns, analyzing performance, and staying updated with social trends to ensure brand consistency and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and relevant posts

• Analyze social media insights to optimize content and improve performance

• Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies

• Track and report KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or rela0-1 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends

• Basic knowledge of paid advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Creative thinking and attention to detail
