Pragati One is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions

• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars

• Monitor daily engagement, comments, and messages

• Run and optimize social media campaigns and promotions

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates

• Coordinate with the marketing and design team for branding consistency

• Support lead generation and employer branding activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights

• Excellent written communication and creative thinking skills

• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in paid social media advertising

• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing

• Video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
