1. Plan, create, and schedule Instagram posts and reels aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.

2. Handle video shooting, editing, and publishing directly through Instagram and related tools.

3. Be the face of the brand—appear confidently in reels, stories, and videos as required.

4. Design eye-catching graphics and creatives for posts, stories, and promotional content.

5. Write compelling captions and social media content to boost engagement.

6. Monitor and manage Instagram and LinkedIn pages, responding to comments, DMs, and community queries.

7. Stay updated with current social media trends, reel formats, and best practices.

8. Work closely with the design, marketing, and product team for campaign execution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

2. Strong command of Instagram features including Reels, Stories, and Live sessions.

3. Proficient in video editing tools (InShot, CapCut, VN, etc.) and graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).

4. Confident on camera – must be comfortable speaking and appearing in videos.

5. Creative writing skills for social media posts and captions.

6. Experience in handling LinkedIn pages and maintaining a professional tone.

7. Good communication and time-management skills.
