Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to queries.

• Track performance using analytics tools, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Run paid ad campaigns and optimize them for maximum ROI.

• Assist in influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

• Basic skills in Canva/Photoshop, video editing, or creative content designing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and deliver creative ideas.
