Job responsibilities
Strategy and planning: Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars that align with overall business and marketing goals.
Content creation: Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that is relevant to the manufacturing industry and target audience. Repurpose content for different platforms to maximize reach.
Campaign management: Create, manage, and optimize both organic and paid social media advertising campaigns to drive leads and sales.
Community management: Monitor social media accounts, respond to customer inquiries and comments, and foster a positive online community.
Performance analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including graphic designers, sales, and marketing, to ensure brand consistency and coordinated efforts.
Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and best practices to keep the company’s strategy current.
Qualifications and skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven work experience in social media marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
Technical skills: Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Analytical skills: Ability to understand and interpret social media metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
Soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong proofreading skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
