We are a healthcare start up delivering Occupational & Corporate Health services (B2B) and retail chronic-care programs for lifestyle diseases (DM, HTN, Obesity etc.). We are looking for a Executive - Social Media Marketing & Brand Communications to join our team at Happy Healing Healthcare Private Limited to amplify our PR, build authority in the corporate health space (LinkedIn, Twitter), and drive customer acquisition and retention for retail programs (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook). This is a growth-facing, cross-functional role that owns content strategy, platform execution, community, analytics, paid social, and competitive intelligence. The hire will be pivotal to achieving our 10× growth goal. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000 and a dynamic learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Build and own a 12-month Social Media & Content Growth strategy aligned to business Objectives (B2B pipeline and retail conversions).
Create platform-specific playbooks for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and emerging channels (WhatsApp Business, Telegram, newsletters).
Develop an integrated content calendar (monthly/weekly/daily) coordinating PR, ops, and sales.
Maintain voice & compliance guidelines for healthcare content (accuracy, avoiding medical claims outside scope, regulatory sensitivity).
Content creation & production
Plan and produce multi-format content: long-form YouTube videos, LinkedIn thought pieces & case studies, Instagram carousels/Reels, Twitter threads, short educational clips, newsletters, and paid ad creatives.
Coordinate with Chief Clinical Services for evidence-based scripts; translate clinical content into accessible consumer language for retail audiences.
Oversee end-to-end production: briefing, scripting, recording, editing, captioning, thumbnails, publishing, and repurposing.
Maintain an asset library: templates, graphics, short clips, B-roll, clinician bios.
Platform-specific growth (examples)
YouTube (Retail focus): SEO-driven long-form videos, playlists for DM/HTN/Obesity programs, CTAs to program sign-ups, watch-time optimization, A/B test thumbnails and intros.
LinkedIn (B2B focus): Thought leadership, client case studies, whitepaper promotions, talent & brand posts, outreach for corporate partnerships.
Instagram / Reels / Facebook: Short educational reels, success stories, lifestyle tips, patient testimonials (consent-managed), clinic snapshots.
Twitter/X: Industry commentary, quick tips, event live-tweeting, PR amplification.
WhatsApp / Email: Nurture sequences tied to campaigns and lead-gen.
Community, PR & Partnership
Build & moderate professional communities through LinkedIn groups, clinician circles and patient support channels.
Manage influencer & creator partnerships (health influencers, corporate wellness champions) and micro-influencer campaigns.
Work with PR/Comms to amplify earned media, handle interview requests, and repurpose PR for social shareables.
Additional Assignment
You may be assigned additional responsibilities from time to time, as per the requirements of the company. These responsibilities may extend beyond your primary domain of engagement, should the organisation deem that your skills and capabilities can add value to other areas of work.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
