Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.

• Coordinate with the design and content team for creative development and campaign execution.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices.

• Run and manage paid social media campaigns when required.

• Generate reports and analyze campaign performance to improve results.

• Build brand awareness and increase audience engagement through effective social media strategies.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

• Understanding of content marketing, social media analytics, and audience engagement.

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising is preferred.

• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple social media projects simultaneously.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Certification or experience in Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.

• Freshers with relevant skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
