We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and staying updated with trends to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, comments, and messages; respond in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to boost reach and conversion.
Track and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, and conversions.
Assist in influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns when necessary.
Manage and grow online communities while maintaining brand reputation.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
Familiarity with social media advertising and performance optimization.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
