We are hiring a Social Media Manager who will oversee all our social media accounts, ensure timely posting of content, and manage community interaction. The role involves posting all content provided by the content team and maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for both verticals (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

• Post all content (reels, images, carousels) as per the content calendar.

• Handle comments, DMs, customer queries, and engagement.

• Identify and collaborate with influencers for brand promotions.

• Track performance metrics and share weekly/monthly reports.

• Ensure timely coordination with the content creator and editor.

• Basic knowledge of Shopify for website updates & maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts for brands.

• Strong understanding of posting strategies, platform algorithms & analytics.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing.
