Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Social Media & PR Manager to lead our brands presence across digital platforms, foster strong influencer collaborations, and drive high-engagement campaigns. You will play a key role in building brand visibility, generating leads, and creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Strategy & Management
• Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Manage daily posting schedules, audience interactions, and engagement tracking.
• Run targeted paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) to maximize reach & ROI.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Public Relations & Influencer Marketing
• Identify and onboard influencers for collaborations and brand promotions.
• Maintain relationships with content creators and brand advocates.
• Collect and manage customer reviews across platforms (Google, social media, etc.).
Campaigns & Brand Activation
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns in sync with the marketing team.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with influencers, agencies, and leads.
Community & Audience Engagement
• Foster strong connections with local communities and online audiences.
• Track brand mentions, competitor activities, and industry trends for strategic insights.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or PR.
• Strong copywriting skills and creative storytelling ability.
• Proven track record in running paid campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects.
