Job Summary

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Create and curate engaging, on-brand content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.)

• Manage and grow online communities by engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages in a timely manner

• Analyze performance metrics and create reports to measure ROI and improve strategy

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and support campaigns

• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

• Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform content strategy

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting and budget management

• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting and campaign launches

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

• Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

• Creative thinker with attention to detail and visual storytelling abilities

• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms

• Experience with paid ads on Meta, LinkedIn, etc. is a plus

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Should have well knowledge in

1) Graphic Designing

2) Frond end Web developing

3) Video editing

• Cultivate a solid body of work

• Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients needs

• Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts

• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas

• Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval

• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)

• Experience managing social media for brands or public figures

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and user-generated content strategy
