Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activity on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories)

• Write clear, creative, and on-brand captions and messaging
  
  

• Respond to DMs, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the marketing/design team to develop content aligned with brand goals

• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports

• Stay updated with platform trends, tools, and best practices

• Support in executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer communication

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience managing business or brand social media accounts

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi – written and verbal)

• Proficient in using Instagram, Facebook (Meta), LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business

• Familiar with basic tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other scheduling platforms

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Must own a laptop or work device

• Comfortable working on-site at our Kirti Nagar, Delhi office

Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate in any field (Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field is a plus)
