Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote new collections, events and offers.
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and build follower interaction.
• Track analytics to measure growth, reach and ROI; prepare monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with photographers, designers and showroom staff for timely shoots and updates.
• Monitor jewellery/luxury trends and competitor activities to recommend fresh ideas.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate in Marketing / Mass Media / Communications.
• 2–4 years of proven social media experience, preferably in jewellery, luxury or fashion brands.
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media tools & analytics (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
