About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Moderator to manage and maintain a positive online presence for our brand across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for monitoring, engaging with, and moderating user interactions to ensure a respectful and brand-aligned community.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management: Monitor and moderate comments, messages, and user-generated content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
Brand Protection: Identify and remove spam, inappropriate content, or harmful interactions that could damage the brand’s reputation.
Engagement & Response: Reply to queries, engage with customers, and ensure a positive brand experience through timely responses.
Crisis Management: Escalate sensitive or negative issues to the appropriate team while maintaining a professional and calm approach.
Content Moderation: Ensure that all user interactions align with the company’s policies and brand guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement trends, report issues, and provide feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
Ability to handle negative comments professionally and diffuse conflicts.
Familiarity with social media policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Experience with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
