Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Collaborate with the design and content team to develop engaging posts (static, video, stories, reels).
Manage social media calendars to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.
Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and competitor activity.
Engage with the online community – respond to comments, messages, and tags in a timely manner.
Track performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and create monthly performance reports.
Assist in running paid social media campaigns (optional depending on role level).
Stay updated on latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
