We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, with proven expertise in designing engaging social media posts using tools like Canva, and hands-on experience in video editing and creating high-performing reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
This role requires someone who understands the latest social media trends, has a keen eye for design, and can turn ideas into compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging social media posts using Canva and similar design tools
- Create, edit, and publish short-form videos and reels for various platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop social media strategies
- Write engaging captions and optimize posts with relevant hashtags and tags
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor content to keep our strategy fresh and effective
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social channels
- Analyze post performance and adjust content strategies to improve engagement
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role
- Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools (Adobe Spark, Figma, etc.)
- Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
- Ability to stay on top of trends and quickly adapt content accordingly
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- Experience working with brands in Sports Industry
- Portfolio showcasing social media graphics and video content/reels
