About the Role:

GKMT IT is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Content Creator to develop high-quality digital content across web, social media, and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current digital trends, AI tools, and audience engagement strategies.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a forward-thinking Content Creator who excels in crafting compelling digital content for web, social, and emerging platforms. You’ll ideate, create, and manage content that aligns with current algorithms, digital behavior, and trends — using modern AI tools and analytics to drive performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create platform-specific content (static, video, short-form, long-form) for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, blogs, etc.

• Write engaging copy, captions, articles, and scripts aligned with brand tone

• Use AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Canva, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.) to enhance productivity and creativity

• Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates, content formats (Reels, Carousels, Shorts), and audience behavior

• Analyze content performance via insights, A/B testing, and content iteration

• Collaborate with the design, SEO, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of relevant experience (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)

• Strong command of written English and digital storytelling

• Familiar with content creation tools: Canva, Google Docs, ChatGPT, CapCut/InShot, Buffer, etc.

• Understanding of SEO basics, social media algorithms, and content distribution strategies

• Creative thinker with attention to aesthetics, structure, and engagement metrics

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
