Job Purpose:
To manage and enhance the company’s brand visibility and engagement on digital platforms through social media management, content creation, SEO, SMO, and online promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Handle day-to-day operations of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Create, schedule, and post content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.
Respond to audience comments and messages promptly.
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop creative and engaging content (text, images, videos, reels).
Collaborate with the design team or create visuals using Canva/Photoshop.
Plan campaigns aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
SEO & SMO:
Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies in content creation.
Use Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to increase visibility and reach.
Optimize hashtags, keywords, and posting times.
Online Promotions & Campaigns:
Run paid promotions and boosted posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads (basic level).
Track performance of promotional campaigns (CTR, reach, leads).
Trend & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated with digital trends, hashtags, reels, memes, etc.
Analyze competitors' social media activities and suggest improvements.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor social media metrics like engagement, reach, followers, traffic, etc.
Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide actionable insights.
Key Skills Required:
Social Media Platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
SEO (Basic Keyword Usage, On-Page Optimization)
SMO Techniques
Paid Promotions (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
Canva / Photoshop / Reels Editing
Social Media Scheduling Tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)
Analytics & Report Generation (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
Copywriting & Creative Writing
Strong Communication & Coordination Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field, Graduate in any stream
1- years experience in digital marketing or social media.
Knowledge of digital tools and platforms is essential.
