Key Responsibilities
Video Editing:
Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Create reels, shorts, and high-retention social clips with hooks, captions, and effects that stop the scroll.
Manage post-production workflow: color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and thumbnails.
Content Creation:
Plan, shoot, and edit video/photo content aligned with campaign goals.
Develop creative storylines and visual concepts for brand storytelling.
Repurpose content across platforms for maximum engagement.
Social Media Management:
Manage day-to-day social posting and community engagement.
Track analytics and performance metrics — optimize for reach, retention, and ROI.
Stay on top of trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Strategy & Branding:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
Bring data-driven insights and creative ideas to grow audience engagement.
