job Purpose To drive organic growth by combining traditional SEO strategies with AI-powered tools and workflows to improve visibility, rankings, and performance of our websites. Key Responsibilities  Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Surfer, RankMath AI, etc.) for content creation, keyword clustering, and optimization.  Research and implement target keywords, ensuring alignment with AI strategies.  Optimize on-page SEO (titles, meta tags, alt text, schema, headings) with AI-assisted recommendations.  Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building campaigns with AI for prospecting and outreach.  Conduct regular SEO audits using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC — supplemented with AI-driven analysis.  Generate AI-powered insights from data (ranking reports, traffic patterns, content gaps).  Collaborate with content/design teams to ensure AI-optimized text, images, and schema integration.  Track AI search engine performance (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, Perplexity, etc.) and adjust strategy accordingly.  Implement local SEO with AI tools for better Maps, directories, and reviews optimization.  Stay updated on AI advancements in SEO and experiment with new approaches. Skills & Qualifications  Mandatory: Hands-on experience with AI tools for SEO (content generation, keyword research, GEO optimization).  Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical).  Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, GSC, RankMath.  Familiarity with structured data/schema and AI schema automation.  Comfortable working with both WordPress and Simplotel CMS.  Excellent analytical and research skills.  Prior experience in hospitality SEO or eco-products SEO is a plus.
