🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven SEO Executive who can improve our website visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings. The role requires hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a strong understanding of content optimization and analytics.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔹 On-Page SEO

• Keyword research for service-based & location-based searches

• Meta titles, descriptions, headers optimization

• Content optimization for blogs, landing pages & service pages

• Internal linking & URL structure optimization

🔹 Technical SEO

• Website audit (page speed, indexing, crawl errors)

• Coordination with React/Next.js & Backend developers for SEO fixes

• Schema markup, sitemap & robots.txt management

• Mobile usability & Core Web Vitals improvement

🔹 Off-Page SEO

• High-quality backlink building (white-hat only)

• Business listings, citations & profile creation

• Brand mentions & outreach coordination

🔹 Analytics & Reporting

• Google Analytics, Search Console monitoring

• Weekly & monthly SEO performance reports

• Traffic, ranking & conversion analysis

🛠️ Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals & latest Google updates

• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript SEO impact

• Experience with React.js / Next.js SEO best practices (preferred)

• Content optimization & keyword mapping skills

• Analytical mindset with reporting ability

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in service industry, healthcare, funeral, wellness or NRI-focused platforms

• Knowledge of local SEO & international SEO

• Understanding of multilingual SEO (Hindi + English)

• Familiarity with CMS or Headless CMS is a plus
