We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media cum Marketing Executive to manage the company’s online presence and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, managing social media platforms, and assisting in both online and offline marketing activities to drive business growth. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and be comfortable using tools like Google Analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize social media strategies to improve engagement and reach
Respond to followers and build an active online community
Manage collaborations, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns
Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives, videos, and promotional materials
Assist in organizing events, photoshoots, exhibitions, and other promotional activities
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities
Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI
Execute and manage email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
Manage website updates, blogs, and product promotions
Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other digital tools to monitor traffic, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify improvement areas
Track marketing metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics
