Manage and optimize performance across all e-commerce platforms (own website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
Plan and execute online marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.)
Coordinate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery to ensure consistency and accuracy
Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics
Work with design, content, and inventory teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve sales performance
Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure high service levels
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) and operations team for order fulfillment and returns
Track and manage e-commerce KPIs, including sales targets, ROI, and campaign performance
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and platform updates to ensure competitiveness
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role
Strong understanding of online retail platforms and marketplace operations
Hands-on experience with e-commerce CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Experience in the fashion/lifestyle industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
Experience working with fashion or apparel brands
Knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising
