We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to join our e-commerce team. You will be responsible for managing online marketing campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our D2C website. Your role will include planning and executing ad campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing data, and driving growth through performance-based strategies.
1. E-commerce Ad Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to improve ROI.
A/B test creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies.
2. Budget & Spend Management
Allocate and manage advertising budgets across platforms.
Track monthly spends vs budgets and prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ACoS, ROAS, etc.).
Create detailed performance reports and dashboards to inform strategy.
Recommend actionable insights based on data.
4. Marketplace & D2C Website Support
Coordinate with platform teams for deals, promotions, and event planning.
Monitor product visibility, rankings, and ad placements.
Support SEO, keyword optimization, and catalog improvements.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, product, and inventory teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Assist in coordinating promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
1–3 years of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing (Amazon/Flipkart/Shopify preferred).
Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ad dashboards.
Familiarity with KPIs like CTR, ACoS, ROAS, and CPC.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience with D2C tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, or similar.
Knowledge of SEO, ASO, and marketplace optimization tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
