Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Ajio.
Ensure listing accuracy including descriptions, titles, pricing, images, and keywords.
Regularly update inventory and maintain stock levels.
Order & Inventory Management
Process orders, coordinate dispatches, manage returns and refunds.
Track and optimize inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment teams.
Account Handling
Manage seller accounts across platforms, ensuring compliance with policies.
Monitor account health, resolve issues (e.g., account suspensions, listing errors).
Manage onboarding and documentation for Ajio (supplier registration, PO-based or dropship models).
Reports & Analytics
Generate and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, return rate, CTR).
Suggest improvements based on data insights.
Marketing & Promotions
Set up and manage deals, discounts, and campaigns (especially on Amazon and Flipkart).
Run basic PPC/ads on Amazon Seller Central (optional but preferred).
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all listings and operations follow platform guidelines.
Keep updated documentation for GST, brand certificates, product compliance, packaging, etc.
Customer Service Support
Respond to customer queries and negative reviews.
Ensure high customer satisfaction scores by coordinating timely deliveries and issue resolution.
