Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, product listing, order processing, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Listing products on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

Managing inventory and updating stock levels regularly

Coordinating with courier partners for order dispatch and delivery

Handling order processing, returns, and cancellations

Assisting in running promotions and offers on marketplaces

Resolving customer queries and complaints through email or platform chat

Ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and prices are listed

Generating basic reports on sales, returns, and marketplace performance

Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms

Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
