🔍 Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO, SMO, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of current marketing tools, trends, and best practices.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience

• Proven expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SMO (Social Media Optimization)

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Communications preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Excellent command over digital marketing tools and platforms

• Ability to manage teams and work independently

• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, and lead generation

• Strong grip on website performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)

• SEO & SEM: Conduct audits, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, manage Google Tag Manager, improve Quality Scores, and resolve crawl/indexing issues

• Social Media: Manage and grow brand presence across key platforms with targeted content and strategy

• Content Marketing: Create and optimize content for blogs, websites, and social media

• Lead Generation: Drive high-quality leads to support business development

• Analytics & Reporting: Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness (track conversions, analyze KPIs, etc.)

• A/B Testing: Conduct landing page tests to maximize conversion rates

• Local & Technical SEO: Implement local SEO strategies, handle canonical issues, and manage site migrations

• Stay Current: Keep up with algorithm updates, EEAT guidelines, Core Web Vitals, and industry trends
